We have completed another great summer training session. We would like to wish the best of luck to all of our college bound football and basketball players that will compete this fall for their 2012 season. We are looking forward to big things and great outcomes from all the hard work that they have put in for over the past 90 days of training. Rush 101 Group Boot Camp Training

Please visit our new site.  We are almost to a conclusion to this summer training session.  We only have 20 more days left. 

We are looking to start a group/boot camp training for the morning time for the stay at home moms that drop the babies off at school and have about an hour free to get in shape.  contact us if you are interested.  97 dollars a month will get you in shape for training 3 to 4 times a week.  That is a great deal for about 6 to 8 buck a session.  Contact us
